A. Withdrawal Instructions
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KESSETECH GmbH, Billingstr 89, 29320 Hermannsburg, Germany, Email: info@doxafer.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the website at the internet address Withdrawal Form. If you use this online option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) without delay, containing information on the content of the withdrawal statement as well as the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If applicable, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect (unpaid postage).
3) Please note that items 1–2 above are not conditions for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
