Nevertheless, we can be much more affordable because we cut out intermediaries and keep our company structure cost-efficient. We develop ourselves, we produce ourselves, we sell ourselves – from inventor to customer. The savings we make can be invested in better and more environmentally friendly materials, production processes, and the final price.

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping option. However, we usually ship orders within 1-2 business days of payment receipt.

All dog products on the market that have a crash test seal only document cargo securement. They say nothing about the safety of the dog, which is important to us. For this reason, we deliberately did not carry out such a crash test.

Since we connected the DOXAFER® directly to the vehicle frame using ISOFIX, the law on load securing is fulfilled many times over.

KESSETECH GmbH is currently working on new test standards and is developing measurement dummies that are intended to simulate the characteristics of a dog. With this, we continue to pursue our goal of finally launching crash tests that can record the effects on the dog.

The DOXAFER® forms such a strong protective shell around your dog that our engineers and all of us (we are all dog owners) are absolutely convinced that our product will achieve the best results. Once you hold the DOXAFER® in your hands, you too will immediately share the same conviction.

The cover consists of 75% holes and only a maximum of 25% material. The extreme curvature ensures optimal ventilation of the box. We have created measurement protocols to ensure that no heat buildup occurs.

The base is made of firm foam, but you can add a soft blanket. There is enough space.

XS in any case, also S depending on the car. It's best to take the exterior depth of the respective size and measure it in the car.

We understand your concern and would like to reassure you. The forces that arise in extreme situations, such as strong centrifugal forces, would indeed be dangerous for all occupants. Of course, no safety system can absorb everything. But the safety systems of the DOXAFER® are designed to withstand many times the maximum load of the Isofix connection – even with the maximum load we specify in the size description.

The DOXAFER® itself is designed to deform on impact and absorb so much energy that the zipper (located at the top and on the side) only has to withstand a small portion of the forces. This means that the tearing force you might be concerned about will not even occur to that extent.

Our shipping costs are made up of several individual items:

1.) Assembly of the box
2.) Assembling the cardboard packaging
3.) Careful packaging
4.) Preparing and dispatching for shipping

For smaller boxes, the shipping process takes an average of 27 minutes. This means approximately 13.00 EUR in wages and ancillary wage costs for us (we pay our employees significantly above the minimum wage so that they can provide well for their families), plus 9.00 EUR in material costs and 8.50 EUR in shipping fees.

For boxes in sizes M and L, special shipping costs apply because these are considered bulky goods. You pay 26.50 EUR per package, but the actual shipping cost for us per DOXAFER® is 55 EUR. Why? It's simple: we deliver the DOXAFER® to you completely pre-assembled! You don't have to build anything – just attach the Isofix mount, and you're ready to go.

The shipping costs for sizes XXS, XS, and S are therefore well over 30 EUR. From size M, they are even over 50 EUR, but we cover more than half so that you receive a DOXAFER® that is ready for immediate use!
