Why shipping costs?

 

Our shipping costs are made up of various individual items:

1.) Assembling the box
2.) Assembling the cardboard packaging
3.) Carefully packing the items
4.) Preparing for shipment and dispatching

For smaller boxes, the shipping process takes an average of 27 minutes. This means approximately EUR 13.00 in labor and ancillary wage costs for us (we pay our employees significantly above the minimum wage so that they can provide well for their families), plus EUR 9.00 in material costs and EUR 8.50 in shipping fees.

For boxes in sizes M and L, special shipping costs apply because these are considered bulky goods. You pay EUR 26.50 per package, but in reality, shipping a DOXAFER® costs us EUR 55. Why? It's simple: we deliver the DOXAFER® to you completely pre-assembled! You don't have to build anything – just attach the Isofix mount, and you're ready to go.

So, for sizes XXS, XS, and S, shipping costs are well over EUR 30. For size M and above, they are even over EUR 50, but we cover more than half so that you receive a DOXAFER® that is immediately ready for use!
